The sensor has an operat- ing frequency of 10 Hz, a voltage sup- ply range of +1.7 to +5.5V and an extremely strong magnetic sensitivity, in an ultraminiature package size. With, reportedly, the world’s


lowest current drain — 75 nA — for an active magnetic sensor, the RR122-1A22 series TMR sensor is suitable for wake-up or turn-on func- tions for battery operated and power sensitive applications. Available in either a tiny 0.06 x
