This product is de- signed for assembling heat-sensitive components on PCBs, and it develops strong adhesive bonds and excellent thermal transfer. The adhesive provides high-im-
pact bonds that improve heat trans- fer, while maintaining electrical in- sulation. It bonds to a wide variety of surfaces, has a low coefficient of ex- pansion and provides excellent re- sistance to mismatched substrates.
The product is also highly
