Viscom Shows Lineup of AOI, AXI and THT Inspection
DULUTH, GA — As a trailblazer in the field of Industry 4.0-ready inspection solutions, Viscom is con- tinuing to minimize cycle times, increase process efficiency, prevent defects, and ensure greater safety and reliability during SMT produc- tion.
Some of the company’s latest
enhancements include AI-assisted verification, ultra-fast inspection speeds and seamless, high-precision defect inspection with 3D AOI. New inspection systems are also needed for e-mobility, new energy technolo- gies, LEDS, and high-performance
electronics. For these applications, the company offers its X7056-II sys- tem, which combines 3D AOI and 3D
AXI into one system. The company also offers solu- tions for 3D THT inspection of the
undersides of PCBs, as well as X-ray technology for both inline and manual offline operation. Viscom has devel- oped a diverse range of state-of-the-art inspection systems for every test application, from optical inspection to manual and fully automated X-ray inspection to solder paste, conformal
coating and wirebond inspection. Contact: Viscom, Inc., 1775

Range of Automated PCB Mfg Equipment
TORRANCE, CA — Seika Machinery is highlighting a range of automated PCB production equipment and soft- ware, including an ultrasonic stencil cleaner, twin table PCB router, wet- ting balance tester, first article checker, and measurement software. The Sawa SC-BM500E ultra-
sonic stencil cleaner is designed for variety of applications, including wafer bump and electroform sten- cils. It accommodates a wide range of stencils from 12.6 x 12.6 to 39.4 x 29.1 in. (320 x 320 to 1,000 x 740 mm) in size. The SC- BM500E is available in three models to meet specific customer needs. It can clean mesh screens and remove ink, adhesives and solder paste, as well as misprint- ed PCBs. The Sayaka twin table
router includes advanced image- processing software with point- and-click operation for program- ming router paths. The CCD cam- era captures an image of the PCB, while programming cutting paths is achieved by simple point-and- click operation on screen. An excellent solution for stress-free depaneling, the high-speed router bit cleanly and precisely cuts densely populated PCBs. The Malcom SWB-2 wetting

balance tester measures the wetting forces during the soldering process. The tester has been designed to eval- uate the effectiveness of different sol- der and flux combinations on a stan- dardized test coupon or on cus- tomers’ own test pieces. The n=1 automatic first-article
inspection tool checks component presence and orientation and verifies LCR values (induction, capacitance, resistance). It also speeds up visual inspection with camera magnifica- tion.
