Ireland’s much-lauded culinary revolution is being propelled forward by a host of talented young people and this event will highlight their endeavours to secure Ireland’s place on the international foodie map.


A roundtable conversation in the morning hosted by Manuella Spinelli of Eurotoques Ireland will see young distillers, chefs, food engineers and students share their thoughts on the future of food. Matthew Stafford, who graduates from his 4-year Sage apprenticeship in September, will be taking the reigns in The SAGE kitchen on Saturday September 9th.
