Fit Mind, Fit Body
Exercise is not all about toned abs and weight loss! Studies show that physical activity reverses the detrimental effects of stress, alleviates depression, and can make you happier and smarter. During this fitness combination course students will learn different types and methods of exercise, from Yoga to Tabata. Each class will provide exposure to a new type of workout so the students can find a physical activity that appeals to them and may provide them with a stress management tool to carry with them into the future.
