Driver’s Education
We are fortunate to be able to engage the services of Southern Oregon Driver Education, Inc. SODE is the only Driver Education program in Southern Oregon certified by the DMV and approved by the Oregon Transportation Safety Division of ODOT. It is fully licensed by the State of Oregon and meets all insurance requirements. SODE has over 24 years of driver education experience teaching high school students. Students age 15-17 who successfully complete SODE’s classroom and behind the wheel training do not have to take the DMV’s behind-the-wheel test to receive their license. In addition, students will learn basic car maintenance such as how to change the oil, change tires and install chains. Course consists of two consecutive X-bins. $350 fee

College Seminar:
Exploration and Writing Explore all of the factors that go into making a college a great fit for you. Get a head start on your applications. In this course, we will do extensive college searches, write multiple
college essays, and fill out much of the
Common App. Doing this work in the spring of Junior year will make the fall of your Senior year less stressful.

College Seminar: Writing
This course is a time for Seniors to work on their college applications, including all of the essay and short answer writing, with guidance. Students will begin by solidifying their list, then move on to complete all aspects of their applications. It is designed for students applying to multiple colleges, including those with extensive short answer and essay requirements.
