Rat's Restaurant at Grounds For Sculpture is now managed by Stephen STARR Catering and Events, and is a popular choice among groups for corpo- rate dinners and social dining events. The Peacock Cafe is another hotspot, and is offering new seasonal dining and handcrafted cocktails.
On the Bone (at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel of Princeton) is a casual, upbeat and fun steakhouse-style restaurant. The menu includes small plate "Tapas" selec- tions, natural grass fed and organic meats and produce, daily fresh East Coast fish, fresh pastas and great wine selections.
PURE Restaurant and Lounge has been newly renovated and offers fresh, simple, clean and sophisticated flavors. Its food is organic, sustainable, local and cruelty- free with a menu that features American cuisine with Pan-Asian flavors.
