It allows students to expand their remedial and ADR horizons beyond the framework of structured negotiations or the limitations of national law and court procedure.
In addition to students taking traditional courses, students have the opportunity to do an internship with British legal institutions and British barristers and solicitors. In addition to regularly scheduled classes, the program will include a number of distin- guished guest speakers from the English Legal system and field trips to major English legal institutions.
The 21st Century Law Practice London Summer Program is an innovative study of technology, regulation and the global legal marketplace. With the deregulation of law- yers in the UK and the outgrowth of alterna- tive legal services delivery models, London is becoming the leader in the legal ser market.
