International Sales Law; Central European Legal Systems in Transition
This two-week three-credit program enables students to critically examine challenges in the design and delivery of ADR initiatives in both developed and developing democra- cies. It is designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and cooperative projects among academics, professionals, and students in the East and West.
The Budapest program is a two-week of- fering for students interested in witnessing firsthand the dramatic evolution of this dy- namic Eastern European country as it enters the European Union. Courses are comple- mented with visits to key legal institutions in Budapest, including the Hungarian Supreme Court, the Parliament, and an international law firm. Optional weekend excursion to the Danube Bend.
