International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution


Croatia is developing its intellectual property and cyberlaw as it integrates into the Euro- pean Union, and scholars are evaluating the various models IP governance and how to adopt them to their particular circumstances. The program will bring together U.S. and Croatian law students to focus on compara- tive international approaches to IP.


A 4-week, 5-credit program that provides a broad introduction to international busi- ness transactions, and also highlights key legal instruments arising out of the work of UNCITRAL.
