The Russia program is a three-week, two- course offering based in Moscow. Students are introduced to the Russian legal system through program courses and a number of lectures, receptions, and meetings with Russian judges, lawyers, and public officials, as well as tours of trial courts, appellate courts, and government buildings. Optional trip to St. Petersburg during the White Nights Festival.
The Summer Law Institute, currently in its 18th year, is a relationship between U.S. schools,the St. Petersburg State Univ. Law Faculty & the Novgorod State Univ. Law Faculty since 1995. Students earn 5 credit hrs. Admission is open to students who have completed one year of full or part-time law study, and who are in good standing at an ABA-approved or state accredited law school.

In its 21st year, the Summer Law Program offers students intensive training in global aspects of modern trade law, foreign invest- ments, financial institutions, and various substantive areas of law. The Program is unique in that American students study side- by-side with their Polish counterparts.
Students from European and American law schools will come together in Bialystok to study topics related to the political and economic transition from communism.
