IGT and Holland Casino sign letter of Intent for MOSAIC project casino management solution
IGT has signed a Letter of Intent with Holland Casino regarding the development and implementation of Holland Casino’s new MOSAIC project. The MOSAIC project involves the modernisation of systems and integration of Holland Casino’s casino management tools across all of its properties using IGT’s Systems solutions.
“IGT is incredibly proud to work with Holland Casino on this MOSAIC project,” said Patti Hart, IGT CEO. “This initiative is a testament to IGT’s unwavering customer commitment. By offering a streamlined, integrated, innovative systems solution, IGT will help provide a cutting-edge player experience.”
“Holland Casino wants to provide a superior guest experience now and in the future. To achieve this you need more than just a good working system; you need a strategic partner to co-create those delightful moments,” said Dick Flink, Holland Casino CEO.
PromoNet granted Nevada approvals
FutureLogic has received approval for its PromoNet couponing solution from the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB). With NGCB’s approval, version 1.0 of the product is now available for sale in Nevada. “The PromoNet couponing solution represents the next big lift in casino marketing and we’re excited to be at the forefront of this trend,” said John Hilbert, VP Systems Development and Compliance Officer for FutureLogic, Inc. “South Point casino has concluded a successful field trial of the PromoNet solution and we now have other casinos signed up and ready to move forward with our couponing solution.” FutureLogic’s template-based PromoNet promotional couponing solution is unique in that it gives casinos the ability to recognise and reward both carded and non-carded players by automatically triggering marketing campaigns based on real-time game play metrics and player tracking information.

Holland Casino’s MOSAIC project follows closely on
the heels of the IGT EZ Pay agreement
signed in July 2011. When completed, IGT will deliver a robust systems solution that
enhances both the operator and
player experiences.
The goal of the project is for IGT to provide Holland Casino with an integrated membership and loyalty system enabling customers to enjoy fast, reliable rewards and coinless gaming. In addition, the implementation would seek to optimize operational processes and provide exceptional customer service, while incorporating exceptional responsible gaming practices throughout the entire solution.
“Technology and our day-to-day operation are inextricably linked and mutually dependent,” said Robin Middendorp, vice president of operations support for Holland Casino. “It is important to have an efficient and stable system, and a reliable partner for support and future developments.”

“This year’s show was very successful for Abbiati Casino Equipment,” commented Giorgio Abbiati, CEO of the company at the G2E Las Vegas event held this year at the Sands Expo Centre. During the show, the Italian firm made a major announcement concerning the approval it has received from the Nevada Gaming Board for its chips, plaques and jetons.
The company was present at the Las Vegas show, where Abbiati showed its brand new Asian style Baccarat table, which is of the same style as that recently delivered to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. It was the first order of Abbiati tables to a land-based casino in Singapore, in addition to a previous order of tables supplied to the Cruise-ship Casinos in the Asia region. The new tables were manufactured using a new tiger-eye composite material. Visitors to the show also had the chance to see a large selection of the new composite materials in different colours and styles.
Giorgio Abbiati continued by saying, that recently Abbiati Casino Equipment has expanded considerably in the Asian region. Giorgio was pleased to state that the confidence embued in its clients is due to the security championed by company and its products. Abbiati was recently awarded with a very large order of chips, plaques and jetons from an existing client along with an order for a brand new casino in the Asian region.
At the G2E show Abbiati also presented its new plaques with high-security added value, including diamonds, gold, filigree, security UV and magnetic inks, in addition or alternative to RFID.
Finally, Abbiati presented in Las Vegas a new line of its burn resistant gaming layouts with full photographic printing, a new line of poker chips and plaques, also with RFID, and the Modiano playing cards, which Abbiati distribute to the international casino industry.
