Patir Design set the tone at the G2E exhibition in Vegas with a perfectly coordinated display
Germany-based chair manufacturer, Patir Design, showed both a regal and unified design at the G2E exhibition in Las Vegas. A two-tone white and gold diamond theme dominated the stand with matching chairs and signage presenting a clean, crisp display, unmuddied by a simplified colour palate. It's a look that will be transposed to Europe for both the IMA and ICE show in January, the company's key markets. “The new style gives a different image of the Patir company,” explained Mr. Patir at the G2E show. “We have brought together different colours to define a singular style, as you would find within a casino location. We believe that it is a more arresting and interesting presentation.”
The range of Patir chairs and styles remains as bountiful as ever, with new additions making their debut in Las Vegas. A new combination of chairs have been developed based on best-selling models, with subtle changes to back-rests and more vertical forms, reminiscent of sports-car seat detailing and finishing. “We have had great feedback from the market as regards the new designs," stated Mr. Patir, whose company has built its reputation on the robust quality of its designs. “We have launched our latest Diamond collection in Las Vegas and look

Patir designs have become a benchmark (or perhaps chairmark?) for quality in the casino sector. Chairs viewed recently in a Cyprus casino chain appeared like new, which is remarkable after four years constant 24 hour usage. While every casino changes its materials to match its concepts, the core of a Patir chair remains immutable. Patir has created the chair equivalent of the ever-lasting light bulb.
DRGT and ISMS perfect combination for SAGSE
It’s been a very busy year for Belgian systems specialist DRGT, the highlight of which being the purchase of Austrian systems specialist Systems in Progress – SiP – in the summer. Demand for such flexible systems solutions has global reach and Latin American operators are particularly interested in the solutions of DRGT ‘powered by SiP.’ This was underlined when DRGT exhibited at the Peru Gaming Show in August.
In November DRGT exhibited at the SAGSE in Buenos Aires in Argentina. The company displayed its products together with supplier of pre-owned slot machines - ISMS. Jurgen De Munck of DRGT, explained: “We have all the ISMS slots linked together on the stand. This is a great way for us to demonstrate that DRGT is the right systems solution. ISMS is

the leading pre-owned supplier of slots to the market and a perfect partner for us as we can demonstrate yet again that all slots on offer to the market can be connected by us.”
Sam Arnold, ISMS, added: “We sell pre-owned fully refurbished slots around the world. We often focus on the operators who wish to enter the market or expand their business. Such companies require the possibility to link machines together. DRGT offers a really flexible solution whereby operators can choose between accounting, cashless, TITO, jackpot systems. The fact that operators just have to operate one set of software and can expand their systems solution as their business grows provides flexibility to expand their business according to their liquidity and business strategy.”
