The Advanced Creative & Media Diploma is studied over two years and is a new high-profi le qualifi cation developed to support students who are ambitious to follow a career in the Creative Arts and Media industries, via Higher Education, or directly into employment.

The Diploma offered by the College will be focused on the Creative Arts, and will give you a good introduction to a range of creative arts while allowing you to specialise in areas of strength or preference e.g. • 2-Dimensional & 3-Dimensional Art • Graphics & Photo-imaging • Fashion & Textiles
So if you are enthusiastic about Creative Arts and want to make it the central part of your programme at the College, this is worth consideration. The full Diploma is also a valuable general qualifi cation. In addition to the specialist learning (2 A levels worth), the Diploma includes another A level from our wide choice, thus widening your experience. Or – for somebody who is fully committed to Art – it can be combined with an Art A level. The Diploma also involves an individual extended project of your own choosing, and work placement experience – preferably in the local Arts industry.
Specifi c Course requirements: GCSE Art grade C or above OR a suitable Art portfolio.
