Fabulous Future - What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a conversation between coach and client where the coach assesses what your current situation is: what’s working out in your life and which areas you want to improve. As your life coach I will use powerful questioning techniques to raise self-awareness and identify barriers that are stopping you from taking action. Together we will agree on strategies and an action plan to help you move towards the future you really want.

As an Association of Coaching accredited coach I will question, challenge, champion and support you to make positive changes in your life. Most of us want to change at least some aspect of our lives but fi nd it diffi cult to move from our comfort zone. By meeting up regularly and checking on progress, you will be able to keep up the impetus and gain support when the process of change is getting tough. Coaching can be used to improve all areas of life: personal and work relationships, career, health, fi tness, time management or work/life balance.

If you are stuck in a rut, but need support, give me a call on 07939 015568 to arrange a free face to face, phone or Skype consultation.
