DEALING WITH ROADPRO
You can buy RoadPro products in a variety of ways. We supply numerous retailers including chandlers, caravan and motorhome dealers, truck dealers, outdoor leisure stores, motorway service areas, truckstops and others. We have a list of dealers on our website but, if you can't find one near you, 'phone us and we'll help you find one closest to you. Of course, because our range is so extensive, no dealer carries everything

in stock and you can order directly from us as well. Visit our website, e-mail, ‘phone, fax or write. We have a showroom at our Daventry premises but please ‘phone us before visiting to check that we have what you want to see.
The nature of the products that we
sell means that prices change, products are discontinued and replaced and new, hopefully improved, items are introduced.
So, even though this brochure is up to date at the time of printing, tomorrow things will have probably changed. Before ordering an item, we suggest that you look on our website or give us a call just to check that the price in the catalogue is still correct.
The best way to find out about product changes is to look on our website. We have a Just In section showing new items, a Clearance Corner where we put our discontinued lines and more and, of course, the Main Shop where you can see everything that we sell. In addition, we have Tech Tips where we keep up with changes in technology such as satellite TV and give advice on our products.
You'll also find information on clubs, product reviews, links - not all of which are strictly relevant - and other useful or interesting stuff.
You can place orders through the website, safe in the knowledge that the encryption system we use is completely secure so that no-one can access any information about you.
However you place your order, we will send it free of charge if it's for more than £40.00 and your address is in mainland Great
Britain (there are some exceptions). For orders under £40.00 there is a £3.50 carriage charge. To send goods further afield, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and any foreign destination, may cost more. We will notify you of the cost when you place your order or you can check by contacting us prior to doing so.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
BOUGHT FROM US, RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT AND WE WILL REPLACE IT OR REFUND YOUR MONEY. THIS GUARANTEE APPLIES ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN OBSERVED:
1) The item is returned to us unused and undamaged no more than 10 days after the date of purchase.
2) The item is returned along with ALL the leads, connectors, transformer & remote control (where applicable), any other accessories, documentation and with the original, unmarked packaging.
3) Neither the product itself, nor the packaging, nor any of the accessories has been mistreated, damaged or tampered with in any way, e.g. the lighter socket plug has not been removed. In situations where any of the above conditions are not fulfilled,
we will not be able to give full credit or replace the product.
If you wish to return goods to us for any reason, please contact us by E-mail if possible at
returns@roadpro.co.uk stating the reason for returning the product. Where appropriate we will authorise the return and issue a unique reference number. Mark this number clearly on the outside of the package. You must then arrange to return the goods to us. We strongly recommend insuring items in case of damage in transit. Goods returned without a reference number may not be accepted.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, all our products are covered by a 12- month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing (according to the terms covering each product which are available upon request). Fair wear and tear is not covered.
Some warranties only apply when the item is used exclusively for domestic or leisure purposes. We are able to solve a lot of problems over the 'phone, or by fax, E-mail or letter but it's a fact of life that electrical and electronic products can go wrong. When they do, we won't let you down.
During the warranty period we will repair the item or replace it with a similar item at our discretion and return it to you as quickly as possible. You must arrange to return the item to us but, if the fault is
genuine and covered by the warranty, we may reimburse you for the cost of carriage up to a maximum of £10.00.
You must ensure that the goods are securely packaged. We cannot be held responsible if goods are damaged in transit as a result of insufficient packaging or are lost in transit. We are only able to offer this service to customers within the United Kingdom. Outside the United Kingdom, goods must be returned to us or to our nominated agent with carriage paid both ways.
Outside the warranty period or if the fault is due to negligence, misuse or fair wear and tear, there may be a charge for repairing the item as well as for all carriage costs.
For satellite TV products, the warranty covers failures caused by the design or construction of the equipment. It does not cover failure of the equipment to operate correctly should technical or any other changes occur in the way satellite signals are transmitted.

Such products are suitable for and are intended for use in boats, caravans and vehicles which are not covered by the legislation. If you want to use a product in a vehicle and are not sure whether or not it conforms to the legislation please contact us and we can give you the appropriate information. We cannot accept responsibility for injury, damage or costs incurred as a result of the failure of the user to use a product correctly. If you are in any doubt as to how to use a product correctly and safely please contact us or your dealer.
