CAMOS DIGITAL WIRELESS SYSTEMS

In situations where running a cable is impractical, a wireless connection can be an ideal way to link a camera with a monitor, a TV with a receiver and any two pieces of equipment with an A/V input / output. Analogue wireless systems are available but all of them can suffer from interference and picture break-up.

These wireless systems from Camos use digital technology which ensures an absolutely 100% interference-free, reliable and secure connection between any two components. A receiver and a transmitter make up a kit. Range is up to 500' depending on conditions and whether the system is being used indoors or outdoors.

D5101 has phono connectors and is designed to be used with any equipment which has A/V input / output. D5102 is designed especially to work with Camos camera systems and comes with the appropriate DIN connectors for connection to a camera and monitor.

CAMOS DIGITAL WIRELESS SYSTEM (CAM) ALASKA GPS TRACKER

With no subscription or monthly charges, our new GPS tracker provides an economical way to protect your vehicle or boat, valuable equipment, family members or friends and even yourself! Using the GPS satellite service, a mobile- phone network and Google Earth, Google Maps or a GPS navigation system, the tracker can be controlled from anywhere and its whereabouts located on any computer or smartphone with Internet access.

On a vehicle or boat, it can be hard-wired to a 12V or 24V supply (kit D7901A is available separately). When not connected to a vehicle’s power supply, it will run from its own built-in battery for up to seven days.

The most popular feature is the “geo-fence”. Send a text to the tracker telling it to send you a text message if it moves out of a certain area defined by you. Then, if it does move, you can set the tracker to report to you at regular intervals to tell you where it is.

To use the system, buy a pay-as-you-go SIM card from Vodaphone, Orange or O2 and put it in the tracker. Register the SIM card and the tracker is ready to go. Communication to and from the tracker is via text message and, if you want to find out where the tracker is, you simply input the lat/long position sent from the tracker into Google Earth or Google Maps.
