Data Link Bottles

PCSO Angela Gilham I am surprised

I am even close to speechless (almost)

he Government seems to have got something right for a change…..

here are those amongst you who will be aware that my offer of

assistance to our magnificent team of Colin (flasher) Davies and George (paparazzi) Larkey was singularly and simply to act as final editor of their ‗written words‘. How- ever, in the (unwanted) guise of a Roving Reporter for that august journal The BULL,

I dutifully sought out attendance at a meeting which I was told had been organised for the benefit of old and vulnerable people by our local Police at which one of the main subjects was to be our Data Link bottles. A call from PCSO Angela Gilham some while before had indicated that the Police had seen the bottle, realised the value it could have to them and other response organisations, and had developed a plan to use the PCSO (Police Community Support Officers) Safer Neighbourhoods programmes to ‗spread the word‘.
