Awards Ceremony for Level 1 and 2 Students The achievements of our Level 1 and 2 students are also recognised and celebrated annually with a special awards ceremony on campus.
Grade 1 Celebrations Students gaining consistent grade 1s in all their subject reports are congratulated by the Principal and teaching staff during a termly presentation where they are awarded with a certificate. Students with continuous grade 1s throughout the year are, in return, awarded gift vouchers.
GCSE Success This year saw the Principal and Maths staff congratulate students undertaking GCSE Maths who all achieved top marks in their modules.

Our Open Evenings are a great opportunity to find out more about the College in an informal atmosphere and a good chance to:
• talk to staff and find out about the courses on offer
• tour the College and see the facilities
• chat to current students to find out what it is like to be a student at Palmer’s College
• receive advice and guidance, including entry requirements
This year the first cohort of Palmer’s College students taking the International Baccalaureate (IB) celebrated a set of outstanding results.
All 18 students who completed the course gained either a Diploma or Certificate with the total result beating the IB world average and 11 of the group achieving grades exceeding 3 A grades at A-Level.
The College launched the IB programme in 2008. The IB offers a uniquely balanced, coherent sixth form curriculum that promotes international understanding, personal confidence and social responsibility complemented by flexible, independent learning.
