How to Coordinate the Customer Briefing Center

To schedule an event with a customer at CBC, you need to coordinate with your PC Connection Services Program Management Office Manager (PMO). The Service Manager in the PMO can advise on the best methodology for utilizing the CBC for the demonstration session. The PMO will identify the resources and confirm the availability of the resources.

Before you start we need to ensure you review the following:

• Requires Sales Director emailed or written approval for utilizing the CBC

• Lead time minimum: one week • The maximum capacity of people in the room is 10 • Typically there will be two PC Connection Services staff members

• Need to ensure we have the right balance of sales staff to customer attendees

• You need to confirm facility availability before confirming date with your customer

• The Service Manager in the PMO will confirm facility and resource availability

• PC Connection Services needs to ensure we have available engineering staff before confirming the event

• PMO needs to ensure we have correct equipment in the facility for the requested demonstration

• The below expenses are the responsibility of the sales organization and are charged to your sales cost center: • Food, coffee, etc. • Travel expense for customer • Specially printed materials • Travel of any PC Connection Services Engineer or staff if they are not local to Merrimack, NH

• In case of a scheduling conflict we will process request in “first in” basis

• For conflict resolution of two requests Sales Director or above will determine priority

• All prior reservations for Product Management or Marketing events have priority
