OVERVIEW


• The assigned Project Manager will connect with the Sales team to review the opportunity, and then assign appropriate resources based on skillset and availability.


• Conference calls and Solution Design efforts will typically begin within 1-3 days. • Time and effort to complete the project will be determined by the PMO, and will depend on the technology and customer requirements. • The PMO is responsible for the overall opportunity management (quarterback), and will be in constant communication with the Sales team involved.


Search WebSpoc Tickets • Log into WebSpoc.


• If you do not have a password, enter your Login-ID (business e-mail) and click on "Click here to reset." The tool will guide you through establishing a first time password or resetting an existing password.


• Choose Status tab. • All tickets created by the AM logged into the tool will be listed and can be sorted by the date or ticket number.
