Roller coasters

IE Park produces roller coasters in four separate categories which cater for different age groups and operator requirements, namely Miniotto, Rolly, JR and Loop. Each category offers coasters featuring very different experiences, speeds, thrill levels and overall size and there are multiple products within each one.

The company has supplied roller coasters to locations throughout the world and during the past nine years has completed over 50 coaster projects. Among its most recent installations has been the Infiniti Mall loop coaster in Mumbai, India, which opened in October 2011, while a JR40 coaster was opened in the Anatolium Mall in Ankara, Turkey in January 2012. Additionally, a Miniotto Cotroceni opened in Bucharest, Romania, recently and another loop coaster will open in Saudi Arabia in the autumn of 2012. SOLI Bumper Cars

IE Park’s SOLI Bumper Cars division is also famous around the world and its vehicles cater for all ages and tastes. The range features junior, mid-size, adult and most recently MaXXi models with a variety of styles and themes being available.

One of the most recent developments of the SOLI Bumper Cars range has been a new concept in interactivity developed for Tivoli Copenhagen in Denmark. This began as a restyling of SOLI’s Grand Prix 1909 model which was transformed into a Jules Verne themed model incorporating a variety of interactive elements and in which two groups of cars compete against each other using infrared guns to shoot at targets on opposing vehicles and around the walls of the track. The highest scoring team wins.

Other recent deliveries have included a set of 24 Sport 1 adult cars and a set of mini bumper cars to Jungleland in Indonesia, along with a jungle themed carousel.

New Ice Mountain

The very latest attraction to be developed by the company is the Ice Mountain, a brand new concept. This consists of a 45m x 11m half pipe shaped structure covered in ‘artificial snow’. It has a maximum height of 45m and participants can enjoy a total of three different activities on the attraction – ‘Summer Tubing,’ rock climbing and a free fall drop experience. The first example of this new addition to the product range is now being operated by a travelling showman in Italy.
