Hibino Industry Co. Invests in Automotive Aluminum Diecasting in Changshu 日比野工业汽车铝合金压铸项目花落常熟


Hibino Industry Co. Ltd, Japan, is constructing an alu- minum diecasting facility for automotive production in the Changshu Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu, China. It will be finished in June or July, with a total investment of $45 million and registered capital of $15 million. Sales from the facility are expected to reach about $150 million. Te die castings are intended mainly to meet the needs of Japanese auto companies in China. According to the China Foundry Association, many Japanese car companies have invested in China for the production of electrical machinery components. In addi- tion to supplying the aluminum parts to the Japanese parent companies in China, the facilities often sell some products back to Japan or export them to other countries. ■


日本比野工业公司在江苏省常熟市经济技术开发区 建设的汽车铝合金压铸项目已开工建设,计划2012 年7~8月份投产,项目总投资4500万美元,注册资本 1500万美元,达产后产值可达7~10亿元人民币,产品 主要供应日本在华的汽车制造厂对零部件的需求。 由于日本经济受世界经济危机的影响,必须竭力降 低汽车产品生产成本,日本在华投资建设的一些独资及 合资的铝合金制造企业可以有效的降低生产成本,于是 日本一些企业纷纷在华建设机电设施零部件厂,一方面 为日本在华企业提供铝合金零部件,另一方面还可以将 一些产品返销国内或出口到其他国家与地区。■
