Bühler Druckguss Integrated Into Bühler Bühler Druckguss 并入 Bühler

integrated its Swiss diecasting company Bühler Druckguss AG into Bühler AG as of January 1. Te company’s German subsidiary Bühler Druckgiessysteme GmbH was integrated into Bühler GmbH on the same day. According to a company announcement, the integrations
are expected to simplify procedures and processes, and the German location will be extended and strengthened. Te business processes in Switzerland and Germany have
been adapted to the new situation, and Bühler said nothing will change for its customers and suppliers. Bühler is a global player in the field of process engineer-
ing, in particular production technologies and services for making foods and engineering materials. Bühler operates in more than 140 countries and has a global payroll of about 7,800. In fiscal 2010, the Bühler Group generated sales of about $2 billion. ■

Pipe Caster Xinxing Jihua Group Develops Corrosion Resistant Coating In-House

owned by the Xinxing Jihua Group, recently completed evaluations and audits for the development of an aluminum powder asphalt corrosion resistant coating for cast ductile pipe. Trough laboratory and production line experiments, the company has optimized the coating’s mix of aluminum slurry, asphalt and auxiliary agents. An aluminum corrosion resistant coating material with
good properties also has been developed as a spray tech- nology. In addition to ductile iron pipe, the coating can be used for many steel structures serving in atmosphere or soil environments. ■
