Tell us about your store. We have slowly climbed up the ladder from market stalls to shop. We sell a wide range of new and part exchanged games. We also offer same-day console repairs for our customers’ consoles.
What do you think of the Nintendo 3DS?
I’m not sure if our customers will welcome it or not. Lots of our customers have only
just upgraded to the XL – but then again, with Nintendo behind it, it’s bound to do well.
What is your biggest challenge?
Our biggest fear will come next year when they bring in the VAT increase. We like to give our customers savings but the increase will make it very difficult – there are no profit margins now, let alone in January.
