What is the team’s biggest achievement?


Successfully establishing the games industry’s newest and freshest games agency. With the support of the wider Premier PR business – 100 individuals in total, across film, TV, home entertainment, events, theatre, personal and brands – we’ve been able to push our games coverage truly mainstream whilst retaining a real specialist knowledge necessary for credible campaigns. What are the hours like? Jagex development and commercial staff work 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to change hours if necessary. We operate a strictly no crunch time culture here at Jagex and pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring a healthy work life balance. Our Player Support staff work varied shift patterns to ensure best coverage for players, including night shift player support teams who work shifts of four days on and three days off.

What is the main challenge the business faces? The last three years has seen a huge increase in competitors all vying for the same online space. We have to ensure we attract and retain the best talent out there allowing us to remain one step ahead.

Is there anything particularly interesting about your office? We have a fully branded Armoured Personnel Carrier called Bertha guarding the entrance to our development offices. It has been refurbished inside with comfy seating for press interviews.
