THE BIGGEST LOSER: ULTIMATE WORKOUT
WITH LEADING publishers creating their own fitness brands, it’s only natural that existing workout labels will want to get a slice of gaming, too. The Biggest Loseris one of the most popular fitness franchises on both sides of the Atlantic. Every week, overweight contestants compete in the TV show to lose the most weight with a gruelling series of workouts and strict diets. Now Xbox 360 owners can put themselves through the same ordeal in their quest for a slimmer body. Gamers can even create their own fitness programmes. Fans of the show will be pleased to know that The Biggest Loser’s familiar trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels will be on hand to motivate them, and the game is even hosted by the series’ presenter Allison Sweeney. Staying true to the show, Ultimate Workoutallows players to keep a video diary of their progress – just like the real-life contestants. They can also compare their progress with their family, or friends across Xbox Live.
