Interpark Amusements / Pinfari
Since its formation in 1976, Italian ride manufacturer Interpark Amusements has installed hundreds of rides in parks across its home country and around the world.
The group has always operated primarily overseas and its diverse range of attractions, including Wild Wind, Crazy Mouse and the 40m Cyclon roller coaster, have over recent years been shipped to more than 50 territories across North America, Scandinavia, eastern Europe, Japan and the Middle East. In addition, Interpark’s domestic operations have recently led to the group becoming closely involved in the creation of theme parks at the initial planning stage.
The structure of Interpark Amusements changed dramatically in 2007, following the company’s acquisition of the Pinfari brand. The classic compact coaster design firm, which declared bankruptcy in 2006 after 80 years of business, was quickly integrated into existing Interpark operations and since that time the group has grown its international presence to previously unforeseen heights.

Maurer Rides
The Munich-based Maurer Rides, a subsidiary of Maurer Söhne Group, currently has 10 new rides ready to begin operation, the biggest of which is the Launch-Coaster in Abu Dhabi, followed by three other X-Car coasters, numerous SkyLoops and a Spinning Coaster.
Maurer’s credibility as a supplier of quality thrill rides has been cemented following the signing of several new agreements, including a double order from the new, €200m Rainbow Park in Rome, Italy; a landmark first Chinese order for a new SkyLoop at the soon-to-open World Joyland park in Changzhou; and the high-tech, record-breaking Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit megacoaster, which opened last year at Universal Studios, Florida, US.
