CHEER AND/OR TUMBLING CLASSES (ages 6-17) These classes are designed to teach basic to advanced cheer and tumbling skills (children are separated by level). The Tumbling class teaches students skills needed for today’s cheelerading such as cartwheels, back handsprings, etc.
The Cheer class is a beginner cheer class that covers all aspects of cheer, tumbling, chants, stunts, routines, etc. Great for the child that wants to simply have fun learning beginning cheer techniques. These classes are offered at both the Cameron facility in Santee and the McGrath facility in Rancho San Diego. See Member Service Desk for more information.
JUNIOR/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASTICS (ages 12-18) These classes are open for all boys and girls who want to learn the skills necessary for high school competition or cheerleading. This class offers a wide variety of skill levels – students are separated by skill and are permitted to have Open Gym time. Held at the Cameron- Santee location only. Code: 23GY HIG
HOME SCHOOL GYMNASTICS This class is perfect for all children enrolled in a home school program. This class allows students to receive physical education credit and for your convenience, the times offered are during the afternoon.

OPEN GYM (ages 8-14) Open to all girls and boys working on progressive to competitive team skills. This is the perfect time for gymnasts to practice their skills. Instructor supervised. Held at the Santee location only.
