AQUATICS DEPARTMENT Water exercise, family swim, swim lessons, private swim lessons and sports programs are conducted in each of our outdoor heated pools. The pools are kept between 80-82 degrees. The City of Santee Aquatics Center at the Cameron facility offers a 25m x 25yd training pool and activity pool with a play structure and water slide. See Page 9 for Aquatics or page 14 to learn more about the NEW Aqauatics Center coming to the McGrath Family YMCA!
FITNESS & WELLNESS CENTER Our state of the art, air conditioned fi tness centers contain free weights, cardiovascular and strength training equipment and designated group exercise rooms. Also included are special areas dedicated to stretching. See Page 18 for Fitness.

GYMNASTICS CENTER Our 17,000 sq. ft. Gymnastics Center in Santee is complete with all Olympic equipment including Bars, Beams, Vaults, Rings, Pommel Horse, and 3 fl oors. Also included are two foam pits, a trapeze and two trampolines. We offer an exclusive space and specialized equipment for our preschool gymnastics participants! See Page 26 for Gymnastics.
DANCE STUDIO The dance studio at the Cameron (Santee) facility is perfect for all levels of dance! Our fully equipped studio includes mirrored walls and wood fl oors. Experience rhythmic training, coordination, grace and posture in a fun and safe environment! See page 30 for Dance.
SPORTS COMPLEX Our state-of-the-art sports venue in Rancho San Diego for youth and adult leagues/classes is complete with an indoor soccer arena, softball fi eld, and outdoor & indoor basketball court. See Page 31

CHILD WATCH CENTER Take advantage of our Child Watch services so that you may have peace of mind while you work out! Each facility has a Child Watch Center with trained and certifi ed YMCA staff! Each center is fully equipped with games, crafts, books, puzzles, and toys to entertain every child in a fun and safe environment. The McGrath Family YMCA in Rancho San Diego has an outdoor playground adding value to the Child Watch experience! See page 5 for Child Watch.
YOUTH AND TEEN CENTER The McGrath Family YMCA (Rancho SD) Youth and Teen Center is perfect for those kids needing a place to meet new friends, hang out in a fun and organized space dedicated to the their needs. This center is complete with pool table, ping pong table, wii video and so much more! See page 34-35 for Teen programs.
MULTI-PURPOSE SPACE Each facility has designated space for lectures, trainings, birthday parties, and day camps. See page 23 for upcoming workshops!

LOCKER ROOMS Each facility has locker rooms with showers and lockers available for day use. Members and participants furnish their own locks and towels.
