I am a beginner and I am learning to: • Float on my front • Float on my back • Kick on my front 5 ft. without support • Kick on my back 5 ft. without support • Push off the wall to an instructor with no help • Swim a combined stroke for 3 yards • Submerge under the water for 3 seconds • Open my eyes underwater
