ARC LIFEGUARD TRAINING (ages 15 years & older) Learn Aquatics Safety skills and become a certifi ed professional. BASIC CPR/AED (ages 10 years & older) This class covers adult, child and infant CPR/AED (class curriculum is dependent on the needs of the majority of enrollees). Enroll early to reserve your spot! Participants will receive a two-year Red Cross Certifi cation. Learn how to perform CPR, care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, and learn how to use an automated external defi brillator (AED) on victims of cardiac arrest. BASIC FIRST AID (ages 10 years & older) Participants learn fi rst aid skills for treating a variety of injuries, such as burns, wounds, head, neck and back injuries, and heat and cold emergencies. Participants will also learn to manage sudden illnesses, stroke, seizure, bites and poisoning. American Red Cross First Aid Certifi cation is valid for two years.
