Core Training - DAVIS, CAMERON & McGRATH: 25 minutes of dynamic core strengthening.
Fit For Life I - DAVIS, CAMERON, & McGRATH *YAA*: Have fun, move to the music… sit & get fit! This class combines seated & standing exercises. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Use of hand weights, elastic tubing with handles & a small ball are offered for resistance.
Fit For Life II , Cardio Circuit - DAVIS, CAMERON & McGRATH *YAA*: Increase your cardiovascular & muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand weights, elastic tubing, & a ball is alternated with low impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, & relaxation exercises.
Muscle Time - DAVIS *YAA*: Full body resistance training using bands, balls, dumbells, and your own body weight.
On The Ball - CAMERON & McGRATH: Full body strength training using the large therapy balls, with a special focus on the core muscles.
Pump It! - CAMERON & McGRATH: This high intensity class will get your heart pumping and your muscles pumped. Each major muscle group is worked using hand weights, stability ball, resistance bands, or medicine balls.
Strength & Conditioning - CAMERON: This challenging circuit training class focuses on core strength using a combination of weights, plyometrics, isometrics, and stability training. The second part of the class is held outside & focuses on conditioning and endurance training.
Active Yoga- DAVIS, CAMERON & McGRATH: A fast- paced yoga class for students with a basic knowledge of yoga positions.
Pliyo CAMERON & DAVIS: Mat-based Pilates & yoga held with mind-body concepts & practices that emphasize core awareness, flexibility, balance & stress relief.
Eclectic Mat II- CAMERON: Integrates calisthenics, martial arts warm-up techniques, classic (Pilates-Yoga) mat, Yang Yoga, to strengthen and streamline the body. Tools such as dumbbells, bamboo staff, the stability ball or chair may also be included.
CARDIO Boxing Circuit - CAMERON: High intensity circuit training focused on boxing fitness & bag work.
Cardio Ball- DAVIS: Stability ball exercises merge with high-energy strength training for a full body workout.
Cardio-Kickboxing- CAMERON: Advanced, high intensity kickboxing drills & sculpting combine for a great workout.
Circuit Training – CAMERON & McGRATH: Redefine your personal limits with this high intensity workout for experienced exercisers designed to build endurance, agility, and speed with timed exercises, drills, and optional partner work.
Exercise Lite/SuperSneakers- DAVIS & CAMERON *YAA*: Class emphasizes stretching, cardio (including step aerobics), & muscular strengthening followed by relaxation.
Family Boxing- CAMERON: Non-competitive, non-contact boxing techniques are taught to boxercisers ages 12+. Boxing gloves & hand- wraps required. New students must attend ‘Intro to Boxing’ prior to entry into Family Boxing’. Limit 14 participants.
Family Jump Rope Workout– DAVIS: Bring the family for a fun and effective cardio workout using jump ropes. Basic warm-up and stretching exercises are also included.
Group Cycling- CAMERON & McGRATH: Individualized ride on a stationary bike designed to build strength and endurance. Please come to class with a water bottle & towel. A padded seat cover & padded cycling shorts are recommended.
Step & Sculpt- DAVIS, CAMERON & McGRATH: Step is a low-impact, high-intensity workout on a shock-absorbing, non-slip adjustable height (4-12” ) bench. Also includes full body strengthening & toning exercises.
Sweat & Sculpt- DAVIS & CAMERON: The best of both worlds, this high-energy class combines aerobic exercise & muscular strength and toning.
Turbo Kick®- McGRATH: A high intensity, action packed, calorie blasting workout combining non-contact martial arts drills, interval training, and a PiYo™ style cool down to transform your body.
All Martial Arts programs are fee based and run in monthly sessions.
Aikido - CAMERON: Aikido is a method of self-defense derived from the Japanese Bujutsu (warrior arts). Aikido combines the coordination of both i mind and body to overcome an attacker by turning the attacker’s force back
nto himself.
Family Karate - CAMERON: Ages 6+ Get a KICK out of Karate! This is a class for the entire family. The system & style taught is Traditional American Karate which develops self-confidence & respect.
Tang Soo Do - DAVIS & CAMERON: A traditional style of Korean Karate. Expert instructors blend Tang Soo Do techniques with the latest in sports science. In addition to self-defense, training helps develop positive character habits such as respect, discipline, responsibility, and confidence. Family friendly, beginners welcomed.

FREE “Trainer Time”: Short (15 minute) clinics conducted by YMCA Wellness Coaches and Personal Trainers focusing on a piece of exercise equipment and/or a specific exercise. Held in the Fitness Center.

Gentle Yoga- DAVIS, CAMERON & McGRATH *YAA*: Emphasizing a deeper focus with slower movements between poses, breathing, relaxation & meditation are naturally incorporated in this class.
Mat Pilates/Pilates I & II- DAVIS, CAMERON & McGRATH Mat based exercise classes that focus on developing strong core muscles & improving flexibility.
Mixed-Level Yoga- DAVIS: All levels are welcome to enjoy the exploration of different yoga styles.
Pilates Arc- McGRATH & DAVIS: A six-week Pilates class using the Pilates Arc which allows for deeper stretching and improved mobility of the spine while accommodating different body types and abilities. There is a fee for these classes - classes run in 6-week sessions, alternating facilities.
Pre Pilates Mat Basics- DAVIS: 30 min class designed to teach your body to move correctly from the core outward. Beginners learn the basic principles of Pilates exercise through specific exercises activating the deep abdominal and back muscles. A great warm-up for the following mat class.
Ta’ Chi- DAVIS: Improve your balance, flexibility stamina and strength with this ancient mode of non-combative self defense.
Arthritis Exercise- DAVIS & McGRATH *YAA*: People with arthritis can exercise! This fun class focuses on joint flexibility, muscle strengthening, endurance, and coordination with chair based exercises and optional standing and floor work.
GRAVITY- CAMERON: Dynamic, quick, & efficient 30 minute class that heats up all the major muscle groups for a total body workout. There is a fee for these classes - classes run in monthly sessions.
Kidfit- McGRATH: For Ages 6-11. This 45 minute class is specially designed to get kids moving!
