DAY CAMP - GENERAL

REGISTRATION INFORMATION YMCA Members are encouraged to take advantage of Member Registration Day on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 9-11am at all three facilities. Online registration is also available to past participants by visiting our website at
www.eastcounty.ymca.org.
HOW TO REGISTER
1. Complete the Camp Registration and Camp Selection and Payment Forms available within this magazine, online or by visiting the front desk. One form for each camper (ok to copy forms).

For your convenience there are three easy ways to register. Registration forms are available online and at the front desk or on page 19 within this magazine.
Four convenient camp locations to choose from. The John A. Davis Family YMCA in La Mesa, the Cameron Family YMCA in Santee, the McGrath Family YMCA in Rancho San Diego and the Santee Lakes Regional Park and Campground in Santee.

2. Choose your way to register and complete enrollment:
MAIL IN: Mail forms to the McGrath Family YMCA 12006 Campo Road, Spring Valley, 91978.
FAX IN: Fax forms to 619.670-2458. Please add credit card information (name, number and expiration date) for payment of required deposits.
WALK IN: Return completed forms to the East County Family YMCA (at any of the three locations: Santee, La Mesa, or Rancho SD) during regular operating hours. The YMCA is open daily. Call or check magazine for operating hours (page 2).
3. You will not receive a bill in the mail for your remaining balance. Families that pay their balance on or before the Monday prior to the start of the camp session will pay the priority rate. Families that pay their balance after the Monday prior to the start of the camp session will pay the full rate. If camp balances are not received by the Friday prior to the camp session your camper may be dropped from the roster to accomodate the participants on the wait list.
4. All Camp deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits may be transferred to a different camp session with two-week advance notice.
SPECIAL OFFERS FOR SUMMER 2011
Summer VIP Registration Day: Available for past camp, swim participants and Y Members. Join us on March 12, 2011 from 9am-11am at the Davis facility in La Mesa, the Cameron facility in Santee, and the McGrath facility in Rancho San Diego. Families that sign-up on this day will SAVE $10 per week. Please keep your eye out for special mailers and continue to check our website for current information.
Healthy Kids Day: Healthy Kids Day will be held Saturday, April 16, 2011 from 10-1pm at both the Cameron Family YMCA in Santee and the McGrath Family YMCA in Rancho San Diego. Join the East County Family YMCA as we celebrate keeping kids active with a fun filled day full of crafts, kid friendly games and activities, special demonstrations, program savings and more! Families that sign up for Summer Day Camp on Healthy Kids Day will receive $5 off per camp.
$10 Sibling Discount: For families with more than one immediate family member in camp at the same time.
Youth Membership: Save weekly and experience all that the YMCA has to offer by becoming a member of the East County Family YMCA.
Financial Assistance: This is made available to all income eligible families through our Annual Giving Program and the Community Campership Council. Applications are available at the member service desk. Please submit application with the Camp Registration Form. Financial assistance may only be used for Traditional Camp and may be limited.
