What is it?
Group Fitness Classes
Group Exercise classes help you improve your fitness level as you strengthen, stretch and increase your aerobic capacity. There is a class for everyone in our schedule of over 150 classes a week!
Who is it for?
Designed for members looking for a fun group fitness workout. Trained instructors will guide you through a workout focused on a particular type or level of exercise. Consult the current group exercise schedule for the specific class that meets your needs. Classes are available for all levels.
Ages Where is it located?
Adults 15+
Ages 12-14 may attend group classes under direct parent
supervision.

Pilates Reformer Training
Pilates sculpts the body from the center outward giving you long, lean muscles with improved flexibility and coordination. Re-balance your body, reducing back and joint pain.
GRAVITY Training The GRAVITY system is equipment specially designed to use your own body weight as resistance providing an efficient and progressive workout in just 30 minutes.
Water Exercise Class Group exercise classes in the pool.
Pilates Reformer Training is great for most everyone, including new and experienced exercisers, because sessions are performed under the trained eye of our experience Certified Instructors.

Those who want to increase muscular strength and flexibility as well as aerobic endurance in the supportive environment of the water. Aquatic exercise is a great place to start or restart your fitness program. Water exercise is easy on the joints!
Mind/Body
Yoga, Pilates, and Pliyo. These classes are designed to strengthen your Spirit, Mind and Body.

Designed for adults who are looking to strengthen the Spirit & Mind as well as the body. The instructor will guide you through a workout that teaches correct technique and form to maximize results. Classes are offered for all fitness levels.

Come to the pool with a swimsuit and towel. Rashguards, wetsuits, and aquacise shoes are welcome for comfort, but not required.
