A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR Welcome to the YMCA world of gymnastics! My name is Ashley Ibanez, Director of the East County Family YMCA Gymnastics Program. Our team of professional, certified, and qualified coaches/volunteers, welcome you to our YMCA family!
The Cameron Family YMCA (a branch of the East County Family YMCA), is an established program and one of the most highly regarded YMCA gymnastics programs in the country. This program has been established and successful for over 25 years! The East County Family YMCA has been present in the East County for over 50 years!
As you continue through this brochure you will find we offer a variety of gymnastics classes for all ages and levels. In addition, we offer specialty classes such as tumbling, cheer, and a nationally ranked competitive gymnastics program!
Gymnastics is a unique sport that develops flexibility, strength, coordination, athletic ability, and grace. Whether you decide to take gymnastics for fun, fitness, or competition aspirations – we will meet your needs. Our character building program will provide a fun and safe environment for your child to enjoy the great sport of gymnastics and dance – welcome!

WALK-IN
Once a child is enrolled in class, it is important to guarantee their spot by enrolling during priority week (the 5th
week of every session). If you miss class the last
week of a session for any reason, fees are still expected to be paid on time. Class spots are not held without payment.

STATE OF THE ART FACILITY The Cameron Family YMCA Gymnastics Center is an Olympic- equipped, 17,000 square foot facility. Our regulation equipment includes three full-sized spring floors, numerous balance beams, 2 full vault set-ups, five sets of bars, two large foam pits, a tumble trampoline, a trapeze and a special designated preschool gymnastics area with tumble trampoline!
