SAND SCULPTURE CAMP
Does your child love the beach and playing in the sand? Each day campers will travel to the beach to create masterpieces in the sand. Dig the deepest hole, create tunneled caverns, and perfect the art of the sandcastle. Campers will also be allowed to spend some time each day in the water! Additional lifeguard provided.

JOHN A. DAVIS FAMILY YMCA (LA MESA) SEA WORLD CAMP
Does your camper have great aim? Our campers have loved paintball fieldtrips so much we have decided to make a camp dedicated to the sport! Five days of paintball fun! Campers will be provided with paintball gear, paintballs, games with referees, safety training and a positive atmosphere of competition and team building.
Come spend a week at Sea World with YMCA staff leading the way. Campers will have three hours daily (all day on Friday) to explore Sea World and the Sesame Street Bay of Play. The best part is that each camper will leave camp with their own Membership Fun Card so they can return again and again! Campers will receive one afternoon of recreational swim in addition to their daily Sea World excursions.

SPLASH CAMP - Day Camp with Swim Lessons
Get ready to have some splish splash fun in one of our amazing pools! Does your camper want to have a great time improving their swimming skills? This camp offers a 45 minute swim lesson from our YMCA Certified Instructors. Your camper’s swim level will be assessed and they will be placed into small groups according to their level to ensure that the most appropriate and effective instruction is provided. Campers will also get to practice their new skills with their new friends during recreational swim sessions. Grab your sunscreen and get ready for some fun! Camp will be transported to the City of Santee Aquatics Center at the Cameron facility.

SPORTS & SPLASH CAMP
Does your camper want to experience the variety of sports our John A. Davis Family YMCA now has to offer - and stay cool from the summer sun? This camp will offer a different sport each day taught by a YMCA certified instructor. Campers will get to participate in two recreation swim sessions at our Cameron facility pool and spend the remaining afternoons staying cool playing water games!
