Mae'r broses drawsnewid eisoes yn gwneud cynnydd da gyda nifer o ddatblygiadau mawr bellach yn dwyn ffrwyth, yn eu plith Bargen Ddinesig chwyldroadol Bae Abertawe - buddsoddiad gwerth £1.3 biliwn yn Ninas-ranbarth Bae Abertawe a fydd yn rhoi hwb o £1.8 biliwn i'r economi ac yn cynhyrchu bron i 10,000 o swyddi newydd dros y 15 mlynedd nesaf.
