What learnings can we take from 2017 and where do we feel there is scope for opportunity over the next twelve months?

estimated £12 billion worth of investment to deliver a nuclear powerstation. There are lots of other interesting projects in the pipeline as well including solar, wind and tidal generation. Morlais is leading the way in subsea tidal generation off the coast of Holyhead. Enterprise Zones are successfully stimulating new business growth and inward investment. So, if you are looking to relocate your premises, you may seriously wish to consider one because of the potential and competitive edge they provide.

KING’S COURT SUCCESS CONTINUES C


ommercial property consultant, Legat Owen, has announced that phase two of the King’s Court development, in Sandycroft, is now fully let. Developer Hollingsworth Estates has reached the completion of phase three and is starting work on phase four at the highly popular scheme. Shaun Hollingsworth, managing


director of Hollingsworth Estates, said: “Since the completion of phase two and three, we've already got strong interest in phase four. This is mainly due to the excellent location, quality build and also flexibility for accommodation to meet incoming occupiers.” Located within the Deeside Enterprise


Zone, King’s Court will comprise a total of 85,000 sq.ft of trade counter, light industrial and warehouse units. Lodge Initiatives and RSV have taken the final units on the second phase.


Specialist roofing supplies distributor, Rinus Roofing, has been unveiled as the first tenant to acquire space on phase three, taking 5,000 sq.ft following a high quality bespoke fit- out which includes trade counter space and the construction of a large service yard. GRM Property Services acted for Rinus Roofing. 6,000 sq.ft is currently under offer but

two units still remain on Phase Three with sizes available from 4,500 sq.ft. Ian Leigh, director at Rinus Roofing


said: “Choosing to move our premises to Kings Court was a logical step for our business.
