| news BELGRAVIA CLUB, ESTEPONA

B

elgravia Club is a development in a peaceful setting, consisting of large houses and apartments. Built on the grounds of a 1950’s villa, the well-kept gardens, courtyards, and the splendid pool and fountain all contribute to the charismatic reputation that Belgravia Club upholds. Available for holiday rental are five different properties within Belgravia Club, to suit the size and needs of your party. All properties come with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, DVD player, free WiFi and full air- conditioning or heating in the winter. All guests have access to private secure parking.

For larger parties, there is a choice of three villas. No. 22 is a lovely townhouse that sleeps 6-8 guests in 3 bedrooms with a sofa-bed in the lounge. This property

features an al fresco dining area on a private terrace as well as a private roof sun terrace. No. 32 is located on one of the quieter urbanisations and sleeps up to 10 in four bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (2 en- suite). As well as a private roof sun terrace, this villa has a games room with a pool table and bar.

B3-7 is another townhouse located in a quieter part of the complex, sleeping 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. This villa is located just 25m from the communal pool so you can choose to lounge in the sun there or on your private terrace.

For the smaller parties, there is a choice of two-bedroom ground floor apartments. These apartments sleep 4 guests, with 2 en-suite bathrooms/ shower-rooms. You can access the stunning gardens and swimming pool directly from your spacious,

private terrace.

The Belgravia Club is located in between a beach and a marina. Just 300m to the west you will find El Cristo beach, a small cove almost 700m long, awarded Blue Flag status in 2016. Unlike most beaches on the Costa del Sol, which face south, El Cristo looks to the west and is not only sheltered from the wind but also gets the most sunshine with fantastic sunsets as you gaze across the sea towards Gibraltar. So why not relax on sun loungers, let the children play in the sand, and end the day enjoying a cocktail at one of the two beach bars? To the other side of Belgravia Club you will find Estepona Marina just a 5 minute walk away. The Marina boasts some stunning views of the harbour, along with a plethora of restaurants and bars. Eat in true Spanish style at a Tapas bar or enjoy the huge variety of different cuisines, from sea-food, Italian, Thai and many more. During the daytime you can take a boat trip on the Mediterranean Sea or visit the Sunday market. If this wasn’t enough, old town Estepona is a 15-minute stroll along the shore where you can find many more authentic Spanish restaurants, bars and shops. You also have Puerto Banus which is just a 20-minute drive away, perfect for designer shopping and celebrity spotting. Belgravia Club is easily accessible from Airports, with Gibraltar Airport being just a 30-minute drive, and Malaga Airport which is a 50-minute drive.
