Sunday, February 12 in Arizona, is now a multi-billion- dollar enterprise. Besides the actual game, hundreds of millions are spent on advertising, entertainment and merchandise. On February 9, the National Research Group (NRG)
Sports released its pre-game survey. Key points are that 37 percent of Americans planned a sportsbook bet and 33 percent expected to open a new sportsbook account. Would wagering entice more viewers? Yes, says NRG.
