There is so much more to JCM Global than just bill validators. Increasingly, the company is developing innovative systems that drive customer interaction and operator revenues within the gaming environment,” adds Zadeh. Ticket2Go™, Fuzion, ICB and PromoNet

JCM recently expanded on FUZION’s mobile payment options for both EGM’s and table games, incorporating both NFC and Bluetooth capabilities. Meanwhile, the PromoNet® couponing system is proven to increase gameplay and boost revenue, while controlling comp costs by reducing unearned giveaways, while enhancing the player experience, as they earn rewards. “JCM Global can now be considered as a solutions and systems provider as well as a payment specialist,” says Mitsuhiro Ueno, Managing Director JCM Europe and Senior executive officer at JCM. “It was very exciting to be showing these developments to our customers at ICE.” JCM Global is proud of its history, which spans five decades. However, life has changed a lot since Japan Cash Machine Inc., Ltd., was
founded in Osaka, Japan, and a tradition of developing currency solutions was born. “Our business has moved on a lot from selling mechanical cash registers in the 1950s – this year we are showing cashless gaming apps on smart phones at ICE, as well as an Intelligent Cashbox (ICB®) and the futuristic FUZION® which when connected to your CMS can deliver revenue driven features direct to your slot floor,” says Dragoljub Grekulovic, Head of Product Management. “We felt it was also time to look at the image of JCM Global and to give it a refresh,” adds Payam Zadeh, General Manager EMEA. “Visitors to the stand during ICE could see our staff looking more informal this year. Together with our new website at jcmglobal. de, we hope people will recognise our renewed focus on dialogue and partnership and making meaningful connections with our customers and the wider world.” JCM Global is committed also to its policy
on diversity within the workplace and the welfare of its employees. “We have a global workforce, and we like to ensure that all those who work for or with us are respected and appreciated with an inclusive approach,” says Zadeh. “We are also committed on protecting the environment,” he adds. “We have defined our “Environmental Aims and Targets,” – tough environmental goals we set ourselves. Each year, we re-examine our goals and revise them,” he adds. “Working together, we can make a difference.”
