Motivated by personal experiences with the challenges of the care sector, Dan Archer joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2010, contributing to discussions on addressing the changing needs of an ageing population. In 2015, he joined Promedica24, establishing over 20 franchisees across the UK, and played a significant role at Visiting Angels, one of the largest care franchises in the US.

Under his leadership, Visiting Angels Sheffield became one of the most successful new franchises in less than 12 months. His team won the ‘Best International Office’ award at the 2018 Annual Conference, a recognition they’ve continued to receive every year since. Dan demonstrates leadership in the franchise industry, showcasing vast experience, a passion for positive impact, and a history of outstanding success.
