Anitra Camargo Community Focus Franchisee
As the founder and Managing Director of Home Instead Windsor Runnymede, Anitra Camargo has played a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care for over 11 years. Armed with a background in finance, sales, and marketing, Anitra introduced a distinctive approach to home care, prioritising holistic support and creative solutions. Her vision revolves around enriching the lives of caregivers and care receivers through premium, relationship-led loving care.
Anitra’s growth strategy extends beyond mere business expansion, focusing on community engagement and maximising returns from diverse funding sources. Her innovative
‘meeting needs’ sales and marketing strategy builds a sense of community both within and beyond Home Instead. Anitra’s creation of a ‘What’s on Where’ guide has inspired franchises nationwide, amplifying its impact beyond Runnymede.
Since August 2021, Anitra and her team have hosted 1354 events, benefitted various groups and raised awareness for local charities. Under her guidance, Home Instead earned a notable CQC Outstanding rating, making it the sole provider of its kind in Runnymede & West Spelthorne.
Anitra’s comprehensive business development strategy, coupled with her commitment to
community building, has led to a decline in staff turnover, expanded services, and an overall positive impact on the bottom line. She is shaping a future where care goes beyond the conventional.
Suhail Rehman HSBC Best in Class Multi-Unit Leader

Beyond business, Suhail places a strong emphasis on his team’s well-being, implementing initiatives such as Wellbeing Wednesdays, mental health champions, therapy sessions, and pet-friendly events to create a holistic workplace.
