A running man For Ed, a fan of the great outdoors, that means having a work-life balance that allows for long walks in the Yorkshire Moors with Caroline together with their border collie Squirrel, a regular guest in the office. It allows Ed time to pursue his other hobby, ultra-marathon running too, ensuring his entrepreneurial batteries are fuelled with a healthy blend of time for business endeavours and personal passions, the key to his outstanding franchise journey.
