SAB appears to have a satisfied client base and, when considering entities such as Groupama on the one hand and Océor on the other, its system is clearly suitable for a relatively wide range of entities. A workable Unix and Oracle version was an important addition, with a live site for this seemingly gained during 2008. On the international front, it has built up a strong presence in a limited number of markets, usually where there is a French connection. French banks have typically liked buying from French suppliers, as reflected in the likes of Océor and Groupama not looking beyond local suppliers. At the same time, in their specialist territories, this French supplier seems to hold its own against the international heavyweights, providing tailored solutions, local support and strong reference sites.
