Bankware Global, founded in 2010, is a Korea based IT service provider. It provides end-to-end IT services and software products for customers in the financial services industry (Banking, Insurance, Capital, Credit Card, etc). The firm offers two flagship products financial services – Product Factory (BX PF) and Core Banking Package (BX CBP). Now it has expanded its business horizon into Fintech and Cloud services for all Industry.
Origins
The firm was founded in 2010 as Bankware Global Ltd. In that year, the firm registered copyright of software package - “Bankware Global product factory”. In 2011, the firm became an S3m (Software maintenance maturity model) partner. In 2012, Bankware Global announced BXM
(Business excellence framework) v2.0, and obtained a patent on non-disruptive hot deploy for Java systems. In 2013, the firm changed its name to Bankware Global Incorporated, and launched BX Product Factory v2.0. Also, Bankware Global was selected as ‘The Best Company to Working for’ by Korea Small & Medium Business Corporation. In 2015, Bankware Global also joined an internet-only bank consortium hosted by K bank. In the same year, Alibaba Group owned Ant Financial Services Group made strategic equity investments in the firm. In 2016, the firms established a SY-fintech, joint venture in Shanghai. At the same year, Bankware Global established a subsidiary company Corp. Bankware Service. In 2017, Bankware Global established another subsidiary company Corp. Bankware Japan in Tokyo.
