Procedure Weigh the water in a separate vessel and add the xanthan Gum pre-mixed in the glycerin. Mix until well dispersed. Add the remaining ingredients of phase A and heat to 80°C mixing well until homogeneous. Heat Phase B ingredients to 85°C. Add phase B into phase A and then homogenise for several minutes. When the cream is smooth, start cooling down mixing gently. Once cool adjust the pH as shown.

Procedure Pulverize the pigments and then disperse them in Phase A. Silverson Square head 8000 rpm 15 mins. Add Phase B, heat to 95°C. Add Phase C and mix till homogeneous. Pour into containers at 92°C and leave to cool at RT.
