Procedure In a suitable beaker, add DI water and Whitenergy and begin mixing. Slowly add WeylCare ATBS. Mix until fully hydrated and a gel has formed. Separately, mix together Raspberry Seed Oil, Korean Citron Oil, Banana Flower Oil, and Jeecide CAP-4. With fast mixing, slowly add the oil mixture. Help the gel and oil mix together by scraping the sides of the beaker.
