Procedure: Heat phase A and phase C separately to 70-75˚C. Add phase B into phase A, maintaining the temperature. Mix until homogeneous gel. Emulsify, adding phase C into combined phase AB with high shear mixer for 5-10 minutes. Under 35˚C adjust the pH using phase D.
